This is my favourite place in North Wales with views across the Mawdach Estuary to the sea and Cader Idris. I have been going here all through the year since I was a child and it was my original inspiration for my paintings. The mountains are always different with constantly changing light and weather. In the summer we collect bilberries from this ridge as we climb the mountain of Y Garn or we might just go up at the end of the day to watch the sun set over the sea.
